Test is updated with GU63 stuff and Prestige abilities are in (most of them).

Brigand breakdown is as follows. (I'm unsure on how spending points progresses through the tree).
There are 10 prestige points you will be able to assign.
It looks like there are 2 tiers of "unlinked" choices, 2 choices per tier. 3 points able to be spent in each ability.
Looks like the heroic tree in that you need to spend 3 points in first tier, to access 2nd, and spend 6 points total, to access the rest of the abilities.
After the first 2 tiers, there are two linked paths, with 3 abilities in each. First ability takes 1 point, 2nd ability you can spend 2 points in, and final ability costs 1 point.

Tier 1 options:
"Low Blow": Single Target mitigation impairing attacks deal a second strike dealing 1/3rd the damage of the initial strike if the target is above 75% health (I'd guess that each point spent increases the damage of the 2nd attack, up to being the same as first with 3 points spent).

"Gang Up": Improves the effect of Ruthless Cunning and Deceit. At rank 2 Ruthlesss Cunning will apply to brig's group. At rank 3 Deceit will also apply to group. Effect: improves Ruthless and Deceit by 10% (I'm unsure if adding more points increases the bonus %, or just adds the group effects).

Tier 2 options:
"Paralytic Venom": Adds a potency debuff proc that stacks from multiple casters. Initially triggers 1.0 times per minute, lasts for 11.2 seconds (tenure), and decreases potency by 3%. Can spend 3 points, so I'd guess proc rate and or debuff amount increase.

"Advanced Scout": AE autoattack proc for the group. Initially 11.2 sec duration, 1.0 per min proc. Increases AE by 3%. Can spend 3 points.

Pathway options, Path 1:
First Ability: "Strong Arm": Changes shenanigans to a regular CA, instead of reactive. Hate position increases remain. Damage is much higher though. My Shenanigans steas 15.5-25.6k damage, Strongarm states 24.9k - 41k damage. 1 point.

Second Ability: Brute Force: Strong Arm has a 15% chance to reset reues of Cornered. Can spend 2 points, so probably increasing it to 30% chance.

Last ability: Empty at the moment. But requires 2 points spent in Brute force.

Pathway options, Path 2:
First ability: Mercy or Anger: Replaces Beg for Mercy. Basically allows you to put it on a fighter and while active, it is a 50% hate xfer to the fighter. If the target is yourself, or a non fighter, it is the same.

Second Ability: Forced Concussion: Black jack has a 6^ chance to reset reuse of Mercy or Anger, can spend 2 points increasing it to 12% chance.

Last ability: Empty at the moment but requires 2 points spent in Brute force.
