Ты видимо забыл в папку с картинками залить файлы типа "Images/hate_meter_fire/fire_1.dds" и "Images/ui_hate_meter_top.dds", и "Images/ui_hate_meter_bottom.dds". Поэтому он вообще не отображается. Пришлось стандартный вытащить из папки Default и закинуть в папку с модом (только так заработал).
